Our Focus

We believe that Rotary International has tremendous potential for peacebuilding. With over 1.4 million members in over 200 counties and approximately $500 million in annual giving, RI is in prime position to initiate and sustain impactful peacebuilding efforts around the world. Our grantmaking supports efforts that utilize the Rotary network to make tangible and measurable impacts on communities.

Who We Support

Rotary clubs, Rotarians and Rotary Peace Fellows with this focus and are working towards raising the bar of Rotary peacebuilding are the best fit. Special consideration will be given to:

• Projects that serve as examples of effective peacebuilding and are replicable and scalable within the Rotary peace ecosystem
• Innovative projects that push the envelope of Rotary peacebuilding
• Peacebuilding efforts that combine multiple areas of focus – special consideration will be given to projects that link peace and the environment
• Projects from RI Peace Fellows
